We rented a flat with this agency. We are not satisfied at all with the quality of service provided to us. Both rental price and agency fee were really high in comparison with other real estate agencies in Maastricht. Staff of agency is dishonest and not professional. According to our contract, we had to receive back our deposit in 3 weeks. After many emails (without any answer) and personal visiting of this agency we received back a small part of our deposit without explanation of reasons. Now we are going to begin the process with our lawyers to get our money back. A director of this agency (I think, her name is Jacklin) is very rude, ill-mannered and uneducated woman who insulted me when I was there last time. I know people who had the same problem with that agency. So, I do not advice you to apply to this agency. Save your time, nerves and money!!!
